Texas vs. New Mexico (2019-2020)

Precision staff have been retained as an expert witness by the State of Texas in their lawsuit against the State of New Mexico in the United States Supreme Court.  Mr. Coors is serving as a surface water modeling expert on Texas' team.  The litigation is ongoing.
